item broken on international shipment

Question

For an international shipment, the label i printed sent the item to a forwarding center in Glendale Heights, IL, designated by ebay, who then forwards the item to its overseas destination. Even though well packaged, two plates arrived broken. I had full insurance coverage on the shipment. How does the buyer get reimbursed for the money they paid. Or, what is the best way to handle this?

@usagi2525 The buyer needs to file a return request. eBay will handle the refund and you keep the $ from the sale.
