Purchased an item was following the tracking label the day it was supposed to be delivered. The owner put a stop on it and had it delivered back to themselves. I never received the product. How do I get my money back

Mentor8 months agoHi. To get a refund you need to open an "item not received case" through eBay. This is how to do that.
How to open an Item Not Received case
Sign in to eBay.
Go to My eBay → Purchase history.
Find the order that hasn’t arrived.
Select More actions (or See details) next to the item.
Choose I didn’t receive it (or Item not received).
Follow the prompts and submit the request.
What happens next
The seller has 3 business days to respond (often they’ll provide tracking or issue a refund).
If there’s no resolution, you can ask eBay to step in—you’ll see that option after the response window.
