Item bought was wrongly listed Buyer not responding to emails
Listed item wrong although picture was correct. Buyer contacted to be sure they still want No response for over 36 hrs

Apologize for the mistake and ask if they still want it.
If you don't get a response I personally would go ahead and ship and put a note in the box explaining the error and of course offer them a free return.
