Item bought ..seller says not for sale
I purchased an item and never heard from.seller...emailed 3 x the. He finally emailed back and said sorry his son listed it and it wasn't for sale...he doesn't respond to where is the refund...and ebay wants me to wait until 10 more days that it doesn't show up then open a file....what do I do...

·6 months agoUnfortunately, if the seller isn’t responding, you will have to wait until the last estimated date of delivery passes to open an item not received case.
