I purchased an item thru ebay-commerce on my phone data & money taken from acct but no mdse yet it does not show in may ebay purchases . How do I find out if a scam or able to report it to either get a refund or the mdse

If you don't see the purchase in your Purchase History, you may have checked out as a guest. You can find out here:
