Item bought from achiro_promart was never received, and no option to refund
If im reading this correctly, ebay is encouraging and facilitating fraud. I purchased a mini-split on aug 30th of 2022, the seller gave an estimated ship date of nov 16-23rd, never received the item and ebay even themselves show the item as not delivered. I opened a request to get my money back and ebay just doesnt care apparently. Free money for somone in siri-lanka, thanks ebay.
