Item bought doesn't appear in Purchase History
Bought an item, and received an email inviting me to leave feedback. Said item doesn't appear in Purchase History. Why?

OP3 years agoI only have one eBay account, and I used it to purchase this item. Purchase was about a week ago.
Why would eBay remove the listing? The item still shows under Sold Items on the site.

Mentor3 years agoeBay might remove a listing for a policy violation.
If the listing has not been removed from the site, did the seller refund you? Does the transaction appear elsewhere on the Purchase History page? Unpaid? Canceled? Payment Failed?

OP3 years agoThe seller did not refund me, nor did I ask them to.
The transaction does not appear anywhere on the page.

If not, was the purchase more than sixty days ago?
If none of that applies, perhaps eBay has removed the listing.
