Item bought disappeared from history

I purchased a phone and item shows as sold and disappeared from my purchase history

To rule out a display issue, make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase, then use a different link to view your Purchase History, or try searching your purchase history by a keyword in the item title to see if the transaction can be found.

At one point, using a desktop browser I saw Purchase History options going back seven years.

Reports take a week to generate, and then you must use the resulting link within another week before it expires. Transaction data is quite basic: item name and number, date, price, shipping, seller username. No pictures or descriptions.
