Item bot shipped
Bought and paid for item 3-16-23. The seller has never shipped item per the eBay site. I have sent message to seller 3-19-23 & again on 3-21-23 asking when item will be shipped - still no response from seller. Now what?

Mentor3 years agoIf the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History and there is no tracking, file an "item not received" case with eBay. If the seller does not cooperate or refund you, in three business day ask eBay to step in and refund you directly.
