Item bid
I bid on an item. As time draws near to the end of bidding, I have noticed the shipping costs has risen.
can I buyer continue to raise the shipping rate until bidding is over?

·2 years agoOnce there has been a bid the seller cannot revise the shipping terms on the listing.
I suspect you were (or are now) looking at s/h fees to some other location, or a different carrier/class option from those available. ALWAYS go to the Shipping, Returns, and Payments tab of the listing on the full website and make sure it is set to your location (including zip/postal code if there is a box for that) to check whether the item ships to your location, how much it costs (for each option if more than one), how long it takes, and the carrier/class if that matters to you beyond cost/time.

It is impossible for a seller to change the shipping charges after the auction has started.
