You can not use calculated shipping when you need more than one box in a listing.

This is what I do when I need two boxes, if you need more boxes than you need to add more to the item price.

I recommend looking at the shipping cost to the state farthest from you on this calculator for the smaller box> https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates

Then use buyer pays > calculated shipping for the larger or second box.

You can not charge the buyer more for shipping than stated in the listing.

Once the listing sells then you select Get Another Label from next to the sold items. Let the buyer know that the items will ship in two or more boxes that may not arrive on the same day. You can print up to 5 labels per listing.
