Item being returned a few days ago

Question

I used the sellers label to return the item got a receipt, now I canâ€™t find the receipt. But the seller paid for the return with his label. He canâ€™t track his label? Or do I need to copy the label tracking number and try to get a duplicate receipt from USPS?

I went there and I donâ€™t see it but I took it to usps and handed it to a usps worker. Ughâ€¦.

You don't need the receipt. If you used the prepaid shipping label provided, the tracking number should automatically be uploaded into the case details.

To confirm, go to your Purchase History, find the item and click on "See request details".
