Item authentication fail was incorrect
I recently sold some new running shoes in the box. These were brand new bought from a Nike store and I sold on eBay for 110. Knowing that the last 2 shoes I sold were like this shoe, I thought the authentication was going to pass, but it didn’t for some reason. I would not be asking for help if I knew these weren’t real, but they are brand new and never used! I wanted to eBay but getting through to their contact team is nearly impossible. Please help me. This is unfair and I would like the money that I was suppose to get from selling these shoes.
