Mentor5 months agoNot necessarily. The authenticator compares the item received to the description in the listing. For example, if you state the box is included, and you did not include the box, or if you say extra pair of shoelaces, and no extra shoelaces included, or if you state no scuffs or stains, and there is a scuff or stain.

OP5 months agothx for the feedback; ebay doesn’t tell you why it wasn’t authenticated though, correct?
