Item authenticated then sold on eBay and is now counterfeit
I purchased a Lebron James rookie card from a seller on eBay, it arrived and passed authentication. I sold to someone on another platform and they then sold on eBay and it did not pass authentication. The other platform refunded them the money and now I’m left with nothing. What can I do to recover what I’ve lost? Will eBay authentication services do anything for me?
