Mentor2 years agoYou have a 30 day return policy, so instruct the buyer to open a return so you can provide a return shipping label. When the buyer submits the request, accept the return but don't refund until the item comes back. eBay will provide a shipping label (charged to you if the return is for an item not as described or charged to the buyer for remorse reasons).
