Item arrives after refund
item didn't arrive after 5 weeks, ebay stepped in after I opened a case and ordered a refund. Now , after the case has been closed, the item arrives after 6 weeks. What should I do now? Even though seller was inordinately slow in shipping and I'm more than put off by the seller's lack of candor or urgency in communication , (and I received a refund,) the fact remains that the item did (eventually) arrive. I'm pretty sure they should be paid. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Mentor2 years agoMessage the seller and ask him to send you a paypal invoice so you can repay the refund. eBay doesn't have a method for repayment, so it is OK to arrange it outside of eBay. You could also agree on zelle, venmo, or even a paper check.
