Item arrived to buyer after I refunded them due to delayed shipping
I'm wondering if there is any way I can recoup my money in this situation: USPS took over two weeks to deliver an item that I shipped. The buyer requested a refund on day 13. I refunded them, then the item arrived the next day - before I filed a claim with USPS. Is there anything I can do?

Message the buyer and ask if they still want the item. If not, you will send a return label. If they do, how would they like to pay for it? You and the buyer can agree on a payment method - PayPal Venmo zelle or even paper check - and exchange the contact info needed to make it work.
