Item arrived not as described and broken due to poor packaging
I am having a dispute with a seller about receiving a refund or replacement. The seller described in the ad that the keyboard was tested, "clean", working and would be professionally packaged. The packing job was bare minimum with packing peanuts and bubble wrap, which is not adequate for a keyboard over 60 lbs. I documented the opening process and the damage that was done. The keys were also very squeaky and there was no power supply provided with the unit. The seller assured me he would make it right, and I asked for a replacement, because for some reason they have several of these keyboards, so I asked that it be done professionally this time and from that point on I only received updates when I would inquire to the seller, who seemed to be leading me on, saying a tracking number would be provided later in that day, I would never get a response, etc. I have since started the refund process but I do not want to ship the unit back because that is nearly the price I paid for the unit in the first place, and the shipping was what caused the damage in the first place. Am I able to recoup my money without having to send back the unit?
