Item arrived late....ebay issued a refund

Question

How do I reach a live person at Ebay? I opened a case for an item . I received the item late...but i did receive it before the rebate. Ebay gave me a credit for this item. How do I reach them to reverse the credit? This is very frustrating trying to navigate a system that is set up so you cant figure out how to reach them..

Trying to do the right thing here and it is next to impossible
