Item arrived late but I gave refund
I’m a seller and item received item late. Like two months later because they are in pr and some delivery issues. I already gave a refund and did an appeal and now the item has arrived and I can open the appeal or appeal again and Custoemr is not replying back to his refund. To pay for item after , what do I do. I tried several ways to contact eBay and haven’t found the right way.

If the buyer has been refunded, that ends the transaction. The buyer is not required to repay for the item.
