Item arrived damaged. Seller said will refund $125 to repair but can't get $ transferred from card
Item arrived damaged. Seller said agreed he refund $125 to repair but said he can't get $ transferred from card to ebay to be able to refund. I suspect I'm being stung along. May 4 is the last day I can act. I can submit a return or give negative feedback. I want to keep the item, just get it repaired. Unable to talk to an ebay person. No way to call. What to do?

·1 year agoDon't depend on the seller to refund without a return. Start a return request, and they can offer a partial refund through that request (or just fully refund) if they prefer not to have it returned.

OP1 year agoI don't want to return it, just get it repaired. He already got a refund from FedEx for the damage but says he is unable to load money to ebay to refund.
