Item arrived damaged filed a return case
Hi want to get some people who has encountered this situation I filed a return case on 29th april in which ebay told me to chat with the seller and for seller to pay the shipping label to return the item but the seller did not respond at all so I had gotten ebay to step in. Ebay customer service messaged me saying the case was ruled in my favour and I needed to wait 48 to 72 hrs to receive the refund, that 72hrs ended onĀ 8th of April but no refund was received I called in to ebay again and was told to wait till within Monday the 11th of april to get the refund. I waited till tuesday night and wrote a message to Ebay customer service regarding this issue I was then told that due to technical issue the refund was not intiated and the case was not closed therefore told to wait another 48 to 72hrs from the higher team to review the actions to close the case. At this point will I even recieve the refund at all?
