item arrived damaged due to ups not seller
My item arrived damaged but not due to seller how do I go about this? Where do I report damaged item? I dont want to return but Let ebay or ups know? Sorry I've never had this issue

Mentor8 months agoYou should still report this to the seller. As they were the ones to ship the items, they are the best ones to have file a claim with UPS for a damaged item.
You don't have to open a return claim, but it may be the only way to fix the issue.
If you open a return claim, the seller may ask for more information to file the insurance claim.
