Item Arrived Damaged

Question

Hi all,

So, I sold an item that arrived at the buyer broken, I used parcel force, it turns out parcel force doesn't cover computer items with their insurance. The item is completely broken and useless, it sold for Â£305. I contacted parcel force and they said they wouldn't cover it. So, what do I do now?

Have I completely lost an item and Â£305, or is there something that can be done on ebays side?

Help is much appreciated.
