Item arrived but buyer has not said it has. And I can’t let eBay know it was delivered.
I need to talk with an associate, but I can’t seem to get the place were have them call me. I’m doing this from my iPad. Very frustrating

-You have sold 101 items in the last 90 days ... is there a specific reason you are concerned about this single transaction you are posting about???
-Did you print the label through eBay? If so tracking is automatically uploaded to the Sold file and if eBay says it is delivered what is the concern for?
-If you purchased a label at the counter did you take the receipt home and manually upload the tracking?
-Did you message the Buyer and ask them if they received the item? You don't have to do that with tracking on the sold item ...
-Are you concerned with funds getting put on Hold or something like that?
-Is there some other concern you have not covered by the questions here?
