Item arrived broken
Hi,
Need help, an item i sold arrived broken. I use ebays shipping via fed ex and i'm trying to file a claim. Unsure what my steps are? Does the buyer open a claim through ebay? What happens next?

Mentor9 months agoThe buyer can file a Return Request and you could choose to approve the return and refund when you receive the returned item or you could approve the return and refund without requiring that they return the item.

You would have to file a claim through the shipping company if you feel the damage was caused by the shipping company instead of inadequate packaging.
