Item Arrived at GSP, but is not showing any movement for 10 days
Hello,
I shipped a pricey item out via the GSP which the buyer selected for arrival in Canada. The estimate for arrival at the buyers destination was set for today, 4/25.
When I look at the detailed tracking information to see if it was delivered, it was delivered on April 11th in Illinois and then says arrived at hub on the 16th with no further movement or status after that.
Has the item gone missing ? Who is responsible if the item goes missing ? Will it be held against my account as I have record from UPS that Ebay received the package ? Will I receive negative feedback for shipping ?
Is there a phone number or email I can contact ? What advice should I give the buyer ?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Mentor2 years ago@shedevil0877 Once the item reaches the hub your job is done.
There should have been a new number issued once it left the hub and sent to you and the buyer.
The buyer can wait and give it more time to arrive. Or they can file a refund request as soon as tomorrow if it was due today. They have up to 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request.
The refund will come from eBay and not you. The refund request doesn't count against you in anyway. If the buyer leaves negative feedback about the shipping being slow or the item lost you can have it removed.
