Item arrived after lost by USPS and buyer didn’t pay
Because of a shipping lost, buyer cancelled. Now that USPS found it and shipped it, I’d like to be paid for the item the buyer bid on and received, (-shipping cost of course… that I’d already refunded earlier) buyer agreed but has not paid.

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer agreed to reimburse you for the purchase, did you send him/her your Paypal email address? The reimbursement has to be done outside of ebay.

Once a Buyer has been refunded, they are not required to pay if the package then arrives. Typically eBay will not get involved and wants the Buyer and Seller to work things out.
