eBay can not force the buyer to repay the refund, or return the item to you. All I can do is message the buyer again - ask if he wants to return it or pay for it - that might get a response. If I do get him to agree to repay the refund. Can I send a paypal money request. If buyer doesn't reimburse me can I pass unpaid invoices to debt collectors?

Mentor1 year agoIf the buyer agrees to repay, you send a Paypal money request. If the buyer does not repay, deduct the amount on your Schedule C when you file your federal tax return.
