Item already sold
Here's and issue. I listed a number of items for sale, one sold not too long ago.
For some reason the listing wasn't taken down. Then I got notice that the item was sold again. I then contact the buyer and told him that item had already been sold. They responded with no problem. Ebay contacts me saying the buyer wants to cancel the order, so no problem there. But recently I get a message asking why I haven't communicated with the buyer, and I also received money for it. Today I get a message from Ebay reminding me to ship the item.
Folks, what's going on here?
