Item advertised for sale
Why does eBay offer you something in a category that you've looked at and when you like the price and try to purchase it, you find out it is in another country and not eligible for purchase? This is so frustrating trying to work through something like that. If eBay is international, why can't they see that I am not able to buy some items?

You can check the item location on the listing. Look under the Shipping section.
