items shows up with scratches and obvious signs of wear, but advertised as "new other." feel like I was duped, do I have any recourse?? Seller did not respond to my message from several days ago and this is only seller's 2nd sale on Ebay

Mentor9 months agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
