ITAR restrictions two hours before my listing ended
I was alerted by some people they couldn't bid on my item due to ITAR restrictions. They are in the US and according to Ebay can bid on the item...had been able to over the last six days. Ebay may have cost me an additional $100. Anything I can do about now that the listing just ended?

I'm sorry that happened.
VPNs, hotspots, and Starlink network connections can sometimes cause that error, but many US users have suddenly been experiencing it, so the issue may be on eBay's end.
Advise them to use a different network connection.
If that doesn't help, wait a bit and try again.
I don't think customer service can help with the potential decrease in sale price, but you can ask.

OP2 weeks agoThank you! I did finally get a hold of customer service and it is a sitewide issue. It seems to have been resolved this morning. However, I am going to attempt to at the very least get my fees reimbursed. I received emails from 4 potential buyers on one listing.
