ITAR Restrictions for U.S. citizens on parts??
Summary: daddyrogue is experiencing issues purchasing gun parts on eBay, receiving a message that items are restricted under ITAR regulations. Despite being a U.S. citizen, daddyrogue is confused about why these restrictions apply, as they have previously made similar purchases without issues.
Keep getting this message when trying to purchase gun parts...even mundane ones such as grips.

Been buying stuff on eBay for decades like this...what changed??
BTW...I'm in the U.S. and citizen since birth...so even with ITAR should still be able to purchase based on eBay's own policy statement above.
