italian buyers tell me they can't bid on my sale. Please help
Here is a sample of messages, that I ask for help about. I am selling from France. Buyers are interested from outside France but cannot bid.
Hello, I'm sorry to bother you again, but bids from Italy are not yet being accepted. I've tried, but it won't let me bid. It saddens me, this has never happened before, I have always made positive purchases on French eBay. Perhaps it needs to unblock a ban it has imposed on shipments to Italy?
good evening, I would like to participate in the auction of the two books by G d'A with an autograph shipment, but I cannot bid because of an eBay notice (no shipment to Italy).Why? I'm sure the price will go up with my bids, as I'm interested in buying.

Mentor2 years agoI checked a couple of your listings, and you only had shipping specified for France.
If you want users in other countries to be able to bid or purchase your items, you will likely need to specify shipping for those countries, or at least not block shipping or block payments from users in locations you do not ship to if they use a French shipping address.
