It shows as not delivered
I'm requesting your assistance with an order that has already been delivered to the buyer and confirmed by them, who even left positive feedback. However, the USPS tracking system still doesn't show the status as "Delivered," and it remains pending in my seller dashboard.
The buyer has already confirmed receipt of the package, but I need official delivery verification so that the funds can be released correctly.

The tracking eBay needs is the tracking on the Sold item. This assumes you take your packages to USPS and stand in line and have the clerk scan the tracking number on the label so it is entered into their system or you Buy your labels there and then manually type the tracking number on the Sold item in your eBay account.
-Did you print your label through eBay? If so tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold file.
-If you did not print your label through eBay did you manually add the tracking number to the sold item?
-File a Missing Mail Piece with USPS right away, that can shake things loose including tracking to update between USPS and eBay
-Regardless fo the delivery status your funds as a new Seller may be on hold for up to 30 days: Transaction holds | eBay
