it says not delivered buyer says received
I used standard envelope and there is limited tracking it says it is not delivered I contacted buyer said they received the item and eBay is not being clear on how I can get payment

Mentor1 month agoIf the buyer does not file an Item Not Received case, you will receive a payout after 30 days.

Mentor1 month agoYes, assuming that the buyer has not opened a case for an "Item not received". You will need to wait the 30 day time limit.
