It says my account couldn't be found

it said my account name couldn't be found so I had to use my email to create a new account now I can't access all my old records and reciepts. So now I have 2 usernames but only works, I used the same email both times. Can someone tell me how to access my old username. Please

Members on this forum have no access to accounts so it might be better if you request a call back from eBay. This ID that you are posting on goes back to 2023.

Thank you. Yes I created this account in 2023. This wasn't an issue until now as it's needed to access past transactions. I will contact support. Thanks again
