I have a bid on an item a seller is offering, but when I looked at their feedback there are several negative and neutral feedbacks and a bunch of positive feedbacks worded exactly the same way -- like: the appraisal was a wee bit higher. Many are the same "buyer". It all looks like an extreme way to bring up his overall feedback score to offset the negatives.
