Went through the process of making a claim that I did not receive my package
Not knowing that my package was delivered and the maintenance man picked it up. Trying to get in touch with someone at eBay to find out. And informed them of the happenings. With no luck, I cannot reach anyone, On top of that. They made a decision on my case. Stating that I lost the appeal because the package said it was delivered. Happy that I found my package, but confuse because I don't know whether my warranty is good
Or where I stand as far as it goes with the seller. The package was just a box and the box was open. The maintenance man thought that it was trash but decided to hold on to it. No labels no sticker no address nothing.
