·3 years agoSome sellers have a handling time that is built into the delivery window. Therefore, whether or not a seller has shipped does not enter into the picture. Only the delivery window shown in your purchase history will be used. Once that delivery window has passed, you can open an "item not received" request for a full refund.
However, since you are in South Korea, there may be an issue of whether the seller ships internationally, or there may be some confusion if the seller is new to eBay. I would recommend contacting the seller to see if there is an issue.
