Last time, I paid my two orders from the same guy. I ordered in total eight cards from this seller, and the eight of them I paid them. The second order I paid two days or three after the bid ended because I was on vacation. It makes no sense that I am blocked from this seller.

What message do you see when you try to purchase?

There are different kinds of blocks. Some are temporary; some are permanent.

Some sellers have limits to how many items can be purchased within a certain time period, usually ten days.
