Issuing a refund and a return shipping label
I issued a refund on an item and checked th box to send a shipping label to have the item returned to me. How does that label get to the buyer, and how can I be assured my item will be returned to me?

Mentor9 months agoOnce you have refunded the buyer, it is not possible for the buyer to receive a return shipping label through Ebay. Most sellers do not refund the buyer until after they receive the returned item.
