Issues with verification
My account is temporarily restricted because it may have been accessed by a third party.
I called them many times, they give me knowledge verification, I answered all according the truth but can’t pass the verification.
Support told me to create a new account, but I want to recover my original account.
Has anyone had a similar situation? Is there another way to verify identity or recover the account?
