Issues with (US) buying from international seller (France)

I am in the US and I won an international auction in located in France. The seller is asking for me to verify my shipping account address and phone number. eBay messages is blocking me from sending my shipping address and phone number to the seller. The seller suggested sending the information as a photo on eBay messages. What do I do?

To clarify, I have not payed for this item. The seller is not using EIS and wants my address in order to give me a shipping quote. The shipping amount in eBay's automatic invoice is incorrect.
