You should be able to cancel/void an unused shipping label for 28 days after purchasing it. USPS will send a refund in 2-4 weeks … after it’s been verified that it hasn’t been used.

If the shippping label is not used (accepted by the shipper) within 30 days, you will get a refund for it. Until then it cannot be cancelled by you.
