Issues with printing eBay ship tickets.
Several months ago eBay changed the way my ship tickets print. Now it takes twice as much paper, twice as much ink, and obviously twice as much space. I have tried adjusting my own printer settings to compensate, but this has not worked. I would like the old settings back. How can I accomplish this?

Mentor2 years ago@lightbulb1 Is the receipt part printing?
if that's the problem then next time you go to print a label select CHANGE under the addresses on the right hand side and uncheck the receipt box.
If that's NOT the problem please provide more info of exactly what's happening. Are the labels printing too large? Etc.
