Issues with new International Shipping Program
Hello, has anyone else had any issues with this new program? when someone buys from me it shows me their direct address not a domestic place. I am losing sales by the day over this, and Ebay will not accept responsibility. Myself and my buyers keep calling ebay to resolve and over and over just keep going back and forth. Regards

OP3 years agoThis has not been resolved. I filed a formal complaint with the BBB on this topic, Their are several Sellers with the same exact issues.

Mentor3 years agoI looked at several of your sold listings and they all show you are using ebay's International Shipping. Are you saying when you go to print the shipping label, instead of sending to a domestic hub, the label shows the buyer's name and address?

OP3 years agoYes, The Hong Kong one came up as Print a Label directly to Hong Kong, another one Directly to Canada,
Ebay told me to cancel the sales, and have the buyers repurchase. Lost 1 deal he never came back, the hong kong guy cant get it to go thru on his end. ebay keeps making us go back and forth w messages. I have about had it. I NEVER had this issue until they switched this from Global.
