Issues with making an offer
Hello, I made an offer on an item. Then I redacted the offer after finding a better price. The seller received my offer after it was canceled. The seller said he would take the item back, but it would cost me $100 a ship it back is there anyway to actually get a hold of a person from ebay to figure out a solution for this?

Your post is not clear on whether or not the transaction went through and the Seller shipped the item to you.
If they did the reason that you found one for less is not valid for a return regardless of the return cost. That Seller's price was certainly good enough when you pursued the offer so you need to honor that and keep the item.
As to the Seller saying $ 100 to ship it back, well, if a return was accepted the Seller does not determine that, eBay calculates the cost of the return shipping label based on the weight and dimensions the Seller put on the original listing for the item. For example, if the item arrives damaged and you file a return claim for the "Arrived damaged" reason eBay will issue you a pre paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's Return policy. You print the label and send the item back, the Seller has 2 days to refund you or you go back to the claim and Ask eBay to step to force the refund.
